Office Policies Scheduling Appointments Except in emergency situations, all patients are seen by appointment. We understand there may be times when you have to reschedule your appointment - just as there may be times when we might have to reschedule because of an emergency - and we will greatly appreciate your notifying us as soon as possible. Insurance and Payments On your first visit to our office, or when you have a change of insurance plans, you will be asked to complete a personal information form, so please be sure that you remember to bring your insurance card(s) with you. Providence Internal Medicine accepts cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards as payment for services, including any co-pays or deductibles that may be required by your health plan or insurance company. If you have insurance, we will provide you with the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. We will also file your claim with your insurer if you wish. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Convenient Hours Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
