About Our Practice Dr. Mark Franco Dr. Franco earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Haven and graduated from medical school at the Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Connecticut. Prior to relocating to Columbia, he was in private practice in Greenville, North Carolina, and served on the faculty of the East Carolina University School of Medicine. He is married and has two children.
